Today was a slow start for me.  I was super tired.  I think it was because I did the 6 am feeding for little Solo and I was already having trouble sleeping.  It reminded me of my paper route for State News and trying to go back to bed before class after my 5 am route haha.  I gotta say feeding a little fella like Solo is much more fun.  I was a little freaked out this morning because I didn't know Mike had let the wood bison out to graze in his backyard where Solo's enclosure is...I was tip toeing and hoping they wouldn't notice me.  Not sure what they would do if they saw me and didn't want me around haha.  


It was a full day of buses.  I did three bus tours and all were great.  My first bus was mostly all Michigan people!  I stopped at the babies for them since the bears weren't out (normally we never make another stop) and they really enjoyed the moose calves.  Christina and I also gave Snicks some corn on the cob and how funny!  He ate it just like a human.  We also spent some time getting some brush and then I did another bear shift.  Patron was being such a bully today.  Sometimes I can't help but laugh because Patron will start chasing Hugo and you forget about it then you see them barreling towards you again.  She took it to a new level today and chased her into the hole they dug underneath their cabin and J.B. finally stepped in.  I ended my day feeding Solo again (he's so stinking cute I don't think that will ever get old. 

Today is also Jeremy's birthday!!  He won't tell me how old he's turning..."too old" he says.  But Rick gave us some steak and salmon to grill up so we can celebrate.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEREMY!!
